At this time we are working with the factory to complete our nutritional analysis in order to finalize the labeling in order to meet the FDA requirements. After which point, we will be able to begin importing!
Where is Chile Town located?
Chile Town Hot Sauce is headquartered in sunny Costa Rica. Specifically, Bagaces, located in the Guanacaste province near the pacific coast. This area of Costa Rica is an ideal location for growing peppers due to the sub-tropical climate which enables a year round growing season. Additionally, growing peppers in a hotter, dryer climate yields hotter chile peppers!
Can I purchase hot sauce directly from the Chile Town website?
Our website features a fully-functional e-commerce store which allows our customers to securely place orders online. At this time Chile Town is not available for sale in the US, however you can win a free sample by participating in special contests on our Facebook page!
Your label says "All Natural" - what does that mean?
Chile Town Hot Sauce strives to offer customers sauces free of chemicals, extracts, dyes, and all those other ingredients you can't pronounce. Our sauces are comprised of all-natural, quality ingredients that you can feel good about putting into your body.
Does Chile Town Hot Sauce contain extract?
Chile Town Hot Sauce encompasses the true flavor and heat level brought out by each individual pepper as opposed to adding heat extracts and artificial flavoring, a popular method among the competition. Check your labels!
Is it Chile or Chili? I'm confused.
While both spellings are acceptable, at Chile Town, we feel that "chili" is the soup, and "chile" is the pepper. Go with it!
