About Chile Town

Chile Town Hot Sauce was created in Costa Rica in 2008 by planting a single package of jalapeño chile pepper seeds. The initial idea was to simply produce fresh hot peppers to spice up home-made meals. That idea quickly evolved once the founder of Chile Town mastered the art of hot chile pepper farming and cultivation.

The Mayor, as he is formally known here in Chile Town, made the executive decision to begin crafting the perfect hot sauce recipe. He knew this would be no easy task, but he was confident in his abilities and determined to succeed. And succeed he did. the mayor's determination resulted in the creation of sixteen (16) perfectly crafted recipes using all-natural ingredients and a variety of chile peppers locally grown here in Chile Town, Costa Rica.
